2. We do not accept refund after good purchases. However, if having a change your mind of your purchase
and wish to change to another product, please notify us at . We will advise further on the action.
3. Please notify us within 24 hours after the purchased and we will not entertain any changes after 24
hours.
4. After we received and approved on the change, we will refund your payment as gift coupon to allow you
to place the correct item as new order.
5. In an unfortunate case of an incorrect item or defective item delivered, we sincerely apolog in
advance for the unintentional mistake. Please send us a photo of the incorrect/defective area(s) at
info@99homedesign.com.my so that we can advise further.
6. We will do one to one exchange within 14 working days.
7. If an item is returned to us due to insufficient address / incorrect address or returned for any other
reason, return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer. Kindly treat our staff and driver as you
would expect yourself to be treated. We will not hesitate to take appropriate actions against customers
who mistreat our important staff and driver.
